Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories.

  • The product must not show signs of excessive use.

  • Returns are only accepted with proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Return Process

  1. Before returning, please contact us at info@henhero.com and provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. Send the product to our return address:

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • The product price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded by direct bank transfer, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item.
