Hen Hero is easy to install. It holds 10-15 chickens, on max 3m long perch. Recommended thickness of the perch is 4×5 centimetres. You will need to fix the Hen Hero cups on the each side-wall of your chicken coop, and on the each-side of the perch, as on video below. After mounting Hen Hero in your chicken coop, fill each cup with water (max 0.5cm from below the top). That’s it – enjoy the effect!

Hen Hero is a 3D printed product made from PETG plastic. PETG has great strength and durability, as well as being more impact resistant and better suited to higher temperatures. PETG is safe for use for food containers and bottles for drinks. It is also fully recyclable, which reduces waste and the minimises negative environmental impact.

Then we took matters into our hands and caught mites in a jar to observe them. So one morning, while making eggliciouse breakfast an idea struck us. We invented a mechanical device that prevents access to the chicken coop. After a few failed attempts we finally made a SUCCESSFUL prototype! It was a spectacular sight!
